The hotel is located in a prime spot with easy access to major attractions and transport links. the service is impeccable, and the personnel takes care of all exclusive needs. the Spa and wellness centre offer fantastic amenities for relaxation, including sauna, Turkish bath, and massage. the indoor swimming pool is heated and surrounded by sun loungers, making it a perfect spot to unwind.

We experienced one minor issue, that there was only one set of exclusive amenities in a room for two people. the staff promptly rectified this when we called to request another set.

Attentive and generous service from the staff made our stay at Grand Hotel lovely. We were warmly welcomed and found a beautiful bottle of local wine waiting for us in our room. The room itself was clean, spacious, and offered a fine view of the city. The location was perfect, with easy access to major attractions and public transportation. The hotel's concierge service was excellent and provided us with excellent recommendations for exploring the city. we had a fantastic experience at Grand Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bucharest.

The view from the 17th floor was amazing. The room was luxurious and well-appointed. The breakfast was delicious and extensive. The hotel staff were really good and made us feel valued and cared for. The swimming pool on the 22nd floor was a highlight.

The hotel's location was very convenient as it was centrally located and easily accessible to all the tourist sights in the city. The room was spacious and well-furnished, with top-quality linens and pillows. The bathroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The service provided by the staff was excellent, with friendly and helpful personnel. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and offered a variety of options. The view from the hotel, especially from the club lounge, was breathtaking.

That the cleanliness of the hotel could have been improved, as there were signs of wear and tear in some areas.

Some of the furnishings in the rooms felt outdated, giving off a late 90's vibe. The lack of a shower curtain in the bathroom was inconvenient as it led to a wet floor.

We enjoyed the indoor pool, sauna, and the sun terrace, which offered stunning views. the spa centre was relaxing, and the massage was perfect. We also appreciated the private facilities available. the restaurant and bar/lounge area served an impressive buffet breakfast and delicious cuisine. the only minor issue we experienced was the need for smaller maintenance touch-ups, but they did not affect our stay. We would highly recommend this hotel for its luxurious facilities and unbeatable location. the hotel exceeded our expectations, and we look forward to returning.
